The kit is a set of genuine VAX replacement filters for the canister type VAX cleaners. Also includes 5 disposable dust bags. Since the dust bags are available separately, it would be better if the kit contained 2 of each of the filters, particularly the large Cone Filter, since these are the item which directly affect the machine's performance. It means that in keeping the machine at peak efficiency, you obtain more dust bags than you really need. There is no question about the quality, only the quantity of the right items
I was looking for these filters and bags and found that both Vax and Amazon stocked them. These were a little cheaper than the Vax (as Vax had an extortionate postage cost!) and the product is exactly what it says it is and works fine - and it came very quickly.
